Some wrinkle creams can be worn all day, but most are designed to be applied at night. This will “help trap moisture that could otherwise evaporate.” And don’t forget to extend the stuff down your neck—it deserves love, too.
For your face: Use the mildest cleanser that does the job. Beware of that tight “squeaky-clean” feeling after washing. That feeling means you’ve removed too much of your natural oils and actually irritated your skin.
